The bracelets arrived in today's mail and they couldn't be more beautiful. My 12-year-old daughter loves them. She immediately put on the pink flutterby bracelet and was thrilled with how it perfectly it matched her outfit. I never thought she could be so excited about a diabetes medical [id] alert bracelet. She is very much looking forward to wearing the additional bracelet bands she selected (blue flutterby, fairy wings, and g. wilikers). It is wonderful that she can switch the bands to coordinate with her outfits. The bracelets look adorable in the photos on your website but they are even more impressive in person. It's great to have choices (my daughter was really excited to be able to get a light blue emblem instead of the more typical red) and also to have the option of including so much information on the tag. Finally I have to compliment you on your wonderful customer service. I couldn't ask for better communication. Plus, I inadvertently omitted one item from my original order. My daughter and I were so busy choosing a bracelet with medical id, additional bracelet bands, and charms, that I forgot to add the Sunshine polishing cloth. When I sent an email about my error, I received a prompt reply assuring me that [you] could update my order to include the additional item without incurring a separate shipping charge. I am still amazed at how quickly I received the bracelets. They were shipped in 1 week and I received them 2 days later. Thank you! It has been a true pleasure. 

 I got my medical [id] alert bracelet this morning in the mail. I was never planning on actually wearing one but my doctor told me I had to have one. When I opened the bracelet I thought it was so pretty I decided to wear it. Later on in the day I was alone at the mall when for no reason I had a severe allergic reaction. I was unrecognizable and unresponsive when the mall worker found me. She must have noticed my bracelet and knew I was having an angioedema/anaphylaxis reaction and called 911. I was treated at the hospital very fast because my bracelet said my name (which the doctors recognized), even when I was too swollen to be recognized. I am back home now and still have my bracelet on. Thanks. I love the bracelet and I am going to wear it everyday now.
