I've worn my new med[ical ID and] alert bracelet for about a week now and I love it. I was a little worried that it wouldn't be sturdy enough to survive my life style, but it's working wonderfully. And it's beautiful too! Your sizing chart was excellent too. I ordered mine a tiny bit too small, in order to add the chainmail link that my husband had added onto my other one. It worked perfect! I just want to take a minute to tell you what a satisfied customer I am. I am 28 years old, and have been a diabetic for 25 years now. Against everyone's urging, I have not worn any type of medical ID since I was 8 years old--none of them were ever "cool" enough and they made me feel like an outcast. Perhaps a silly reason, but reason enough that I haven't worn anything for the past 20 years. Then a couple of weeks ago, I stumbled upon your tiny ad in the back of a diabetes magazine in a waiting room, and I took the chance to check out the website. Well, my bracelet just arrived this week, and I LOVE IT!!! It is a beautiful bracelet, and in fact is the type and style of jewelry I already have in my jewelry box. It is well worth the money. I only wish I'd found your company sooner! I really believe you will help many teenagers and young adults overcome the poor fate of having to wear a medical ID. Just a short message to say a big 'Thank you' for such excellent customer services. I anticipated a time of about 3-4 weeks before receiving the bracelet I ordered for my daughter but from placing the order up to the date it was delivered - it took only 10 days (the only delay was due to the UK parcel force team!!!). My daughter now proudly wears her bracelet and I am happier in the knowledge that should she have an accident whilst not with me, the correct medication can be given.

I received my bracelet today and I love it. It is so nice to wear something that is pretty but also alerts others to my bee sting allergy. When my doctor told me that I needed to wear the bracelet I was not happy. I am 26 years old and I didn't want to wear a big clunky medical [id] alert bracelet.
