 I just want to take a minute to tell you what a satisfied customer I am. I am 28 years old, and have been a diabetic for 25 years now. Against everyone's urging, I have not worn any type of medical ID since I was 8 years old--none of them were ever "cool" enough and they made me feel like an outcast. Perhaps a silly reason, but reason enough that I haven't worn anything for the past 20 years.  Just a short message to say a big 'Thank you' for such excellent customer services. I anticipated a time of about 3-4 weeks before receiving the bracelet I ordered for my daughter but from placing the order up to the date it was delivered - it took only 10 days (the only delay was due to the UK parcel force team!!!). My daughter now proudly wears her bracelet and I am happier in the knowledge that should she have an accident whilst not with me, the correct medication can be given.
