Shipping We ship USPS First-Class, Priority, and Express Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS). The actual cost of shipping is displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order. Orders placed before 12 noon MST Monday-Friday will be shipped that day. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be shipped the next business day. Please allow one additional week for custom engraved orders, including medical id alert tags and bracelets, to allow for the custom engraving.
International Orders We ship international orders via USPS air mail or Global Priority Mail. The actual cost of shipping your order will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order. Please allow additional delivery time for international orders for such things as transit time and customs processing.
