(MEDICAL TAG ONLY) This medical tag is available in stainless steel (choose a flat finish or highly polished) or sterling silver. (specify below.) The medical tag comes with a very nice soldered , high-fired enameled logo and can be engraved on both sides. (On Front: 16 characters/line, limit up to 4 lines/ On Back: 22 characters/line up to 4 lines). The raised medical emblem is available in the traditional red, blue, pink or purple background. (See the available options, below.)

The measurements for the H-series medical id tag in stainless steel or in sterling silver are 3/8" x 1-3/4".
