The medical tag measures 2"L x 1/2"W and comes with a stainless steel chain featuring a never-lost clasp.

The stainless steel medical id tag can be engraved on both sides (On Front: 14 characters/line, limit of 4 lines/ On Back: 22 characters/line limit of 4 lines).
