This bracelet features an H-series stainless steel medical id tag with a raised medical emblem. The emblem is enamel and comes in your choice of a red, blue, pink or purple background. (Select color option below.) The chain is made of durable stainless steel and has a secure clasp that will stay on during play. The medical tag measures 3/8" x 1-3/4".

The stainless steel medical id tag is engravable on both sides (On Front: 14 characters/line, limit of 4 lines/ On Back: 22 characters/line limit of 4 lines).
