Our Junior medical id bracelet is just the thing for smaller wrists. This medical ID bracelet comes with our JR size medical ID tag and a very stylish Sterling Silver Anchor chain.
Our smaller Sterling Silver Anchor chain measures about 4mm in width --a great choice for children's wrists and features a sterling silver lobster claw clasp that won't come undone during play.
The medical tag itself is in highly polished stainless steel and is engravable on both sides. (On Front: 13 characters/line, limit up to 4 lines/ On Back: 19 characters/line up to 4 lines). The tag measures 1/2" W by 1-1/2" L and comes with a highly fired, enamel medical emblem with either a red or blue background (select below).
