Our Junior medical id bracelet is just the thing for smaller wrists. This medical ID bracelet comes with our JR size medical ID tag and a very stylish Sterling Silver Charm Link chain.

Our smaller Sterling Silver Charm Link chain measures about 4mm in width --a great choice for children's wrists and features a heavy duty sterling silver lobster claw clasp that won't come undone during play.

The medical tag itself is in highly polished stainless steel and is engravable on both sides. (On Front: 13 characters/line, limit up to 4 lines/ On Back: 19 characters/line up to 4 lines). The tag measures 1/2" W by 1-1/2" L and comes with a highly fired, enamel medical emblem with either a red or blue background (select below).
