Just a short message to say a big 'Thank you' for such excellent customer services. I anticipated a time of about 3-4 weeks before receiving the bracelet I ordered for my daughter but from placing the order up to the date it was delivered - it took only 10 days (the only delay was due to the UK parcel force team!!!). My daughter now proudly wears her bracelet and I am happier in the knowledge that should she have an accident whilst not with me, the correct medication can be given.
